Step 1: Create Your Account
Head over to the portal. Since we are in our launch window, sign-up is free.
- Click “Sign Up”.
- Enter your email and create a password.
- Verify your email: We will send a secure OTP to your inbox. Enter it to activate your dashboard.
Step 2: The Dashboard
Once logged in, you will see the GUKS Dashboard. It’s designed for speed.
- Click on the large “Create New Bot” card with the plus (+) icon.
Step 3: Configure Your Assistant
A modal will pop up asking for your bot’s details. Here is how to fill it out for maximum success:
- Name: Give your bot a name (e.g., “Guks Support” or “Sales Assistant”). This name appears at the top of the chat window.
- Theme Color: Click the color picker. Choose a color that matches your brand’s logo. This will change the header color and the chat bubbles of the widget.
- Welcome Message: This is the first thing a user sees. Make it inviting!
- Bad Example: “Hello.”
- Good Example: “Hi there! Welcome to [Your Brand]. How can I help you scale your business today?”
- Instructions (The Secret Sauce): This is where you tell the AI how to behave. Be specific!
- Example: “You are a helpful customer support agent for a shoe store. You are polite, concise, and only answer questions about shoes, sizing, and shipping. If you don’t know the answer, ask the user to email support@example.com.”
- API Key: Paste your OpenRouter API Key here. (Your key is encrypted and stored securely).

How to Add the Ai to Your Website

On your dashboard, find your new bot card and click the “Embed” button. You will see two code snippets.
Option 1: The Widget (The Floating Bubble)
Best for: Customer Support, General Queries, Site-wide help.
This creates a small, stylish bubble in the bottom-right corner of your website. When a user clicks it, the chat window slides open. This is the most common use case.
How to Install:
- Copy the code from the “1. Widget” section in the popup. It looks like this: <script src=”https://your-domain.com/widget.php?id=YOUR_BOT_ID”></script>
- Where to paste it:
- HTML/PHP Sites: Paste this line immediately before the closing </body> tag on every page you want the bot to appear.
- WordPress: Go to Appearance > Theme File Editor. Find footer.php on the right side. Paste the code just before the </body> tag and click “Update File”. Alternatively, use a plugin like “WPCode” and add it to the Footer scripts.
Option 2: The Iframe (The Embedded Window)
Best for: Dedicated AI Tools, Landing Pages, Internal Dashboards.
This embeds the chatbot directly into a specific section of your page, visible at all times (not hidden inside a bubble). This is great if you are building a specific tool (e.g., an “AI Blog Post Generator” page).
How to Install:

- Where to paste it:
- Paste this HTML code directly inside the content area of your page where you want the chat box to sit.
- WordPress: Edit a page/post, add a “Custom HTML” block, and paste the iframe code inside.
